Pharmacy Manager Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consumer and Partner Experience: Create a positive experience for our consumers and partners by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Clinical Expertise: Serve as a clinical expert to our staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Medication Education: Educate patients on medication usage, adverse effects, and schedules, ensuring they have the knowledge to manage their health effectively.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure our pharmacy and staff adhere to policies and standards, meeting state and federal regulations.
  • Wellness Services: Provide wellness services such as immunizations, flu shots, and preventive care to promote healthy lifestyles.
  • Financial Performance: Drive financial growth and profitability in the pharmacy, identifying opportunities to improve performance.
  • Team Development: Motivate, develop, and coach pharmacy staff to ensure they meet their potential and deliver exceptional service.
  • Culture and Engagement: Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes compassion and models our core values and culture.
  • Talent Acquisition: Proactively promote opportunities and recruit top talent to our pharmacies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review key performance indicators with pharmacy staff, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Operational Excellence: Conduct workforce planning and business planning to ensure operational excellence at the site.
  • Community Engagement: Build relationships with the community, stakeholders, and clinic partners to ensure we meet their needs and promote the pharmacy business.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Drive marketing plans and materials to promote all pharmacy offerings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD.
  • Licensure: Current pharmacist's license in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Certifications: CPR Certified, Certified Immunizer, or willingness to become an immunizer within 30 days of hire.
  • Long Acting Injectables: Willing to administer Long Acting Injectables.
Preferred Qualification:
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
