Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and innovative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to enhance our multidisciplinary therapy team, which includes specialists in speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, physical therapy, child development, and family therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for children aged 2 to 18 with diverse disabilities.
- Perform assessments in various environments, including clients' homes and community settings.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform treatment planning.
- Provide training and education to parents during the assessment process.
- Implement evidence-based behavior treatment strategies.
Qualifications:
