Job SummaryWe are looking for a reliable and safety-conscious Ready Mix Driver to operate our trucks and transport freshly mixed concrete to and from destinations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the ready mix industry and possess a valid Arizona Class A or B CDL with airbrakes.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a Ready Mix truck safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Transport freshly mixed concrete to and from destinations, ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service.
- Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.
- Clean and wash the vehicle, including removal of concrete buildup on all exterior parts of the mixer.
- Attend safety meetings and participate in ongoing training to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- At least 6+ months of prior ready mix experience.
- Valid Arizona Class A or B CDL with airbrakes or the ability to transfer an out-of-state CDL to Arizona.
- 1+ years of CDL driving experience required.
- Ability to operate a manual transmission.
- Safe driving record.
- Pass a pre-employment drug screening.
- Pass a background check.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Safety conscious.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
- Hourly pay, starting at $26 and up.
- All drivers are eligible to earn a monthly bonus, based on performance.
- All training is paid, and we offer full benefits within 60 days of employment, or sooner.

- 401k with a match of 50% up to 6% of salary.
