Job Function Overview:

The Platform Consultant plays a pivotal role as an evangelist of the Verint Open CCaaS platform, working closely with our partners. This senior position combines technology and business development to leverage the latest innovations in the Verint platform. The Platform Consultant will educate and evangelize to markets and partners, successfully positioning the value and benefits of the Verint Open CCaaS platform with senior leadership, including C-suites.

Principal Duties and Essential Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of machine learning and data science, with a focus on articulating, differentiating, and positioning Verint DaVinci AI.
  2. Liaise with product, sales, solutions, and services teams to ensure the Verint Open CCaaS platform is positioned as the platform of choice for contact centers.
  3. Present in-depth Verint Engagement Data Hub to senior IT and Data Science teams.
  4. Leverage data architecture or data science knowledge to influence and provide valuable insights into the industry, differentiating Verint's platform.
  5. Build a thought leadership profile through speaking opportunities, networking, and staying up-to-date on emerging AI trends.
  6. Deliver content through various means of communication, including social media, to highlight the value of the Verint Open CCaaS platform.
  7. Work with the Marketing team to develop marketing strategies engaging partners and customers in the ecosystem.
  8. Lead product demonstrations to educate consumers, developers, and others about the platform.
  9. Identify white spaces in customer accounts and drive closure of opportunities.
  10. Maintain a comprehensive and ongoing knowledge of Verint products and technology, as well as industry trends.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Five to Seven years of experience in AI and Data Science.
  • 10 years of in-depth experience with contact center operations, either in a vendor capacity or through the implementation of solutions across the contact center as a practitioner.
  • Knowledge of contact center solutions is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of data ecosystems, including CRMs, CDPs, and ERPs.
  • Architectural knowledge of data lakes and data warehouses, particularly Amazon, GCP, Microsoft Azure, and Snowflake.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Effective and professional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30-50%.
  • Successful completion of a background screening process, including employment verifications, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit and drug screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations.
  • Ability to obtain the necessary credit line required to travel.
Compensation:

$90K - $140K
