About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team at EXP. As a key member of our Mechanical team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for buildings, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
  • Prepare and review technical documents, including specifications, drawings, and calculations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce energy consumption and costs
  • Conduct site visits to inspect and troubleshoot mechanical systems
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in building HVAC design and mechanical systems engineering
  • EIT or Registered Professional Engineer certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
