Pharmacist Specialist

**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Sam's Club. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate professional to provide comprehensive patient care to members by processing and accurately dispensing prescription orders.

Salary: The hourly wage range for this position is $47.12-$82.69, with additional compensation in the form of premiums that may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.

Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
• Administer immunizations and counsel members on health care and prescription medication needs
• Maintain confidential information, controlled medications, and required documentation
• Model, enforce, and provide direction and guidance to associates on proper member service approaches and techniques
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas

Requirements:

• BS in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP)
• Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored)
