Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our youth basketball classes and camps, focusing on developing essential life skills, promoting physical activity, and fostering a love for sports among young children. Key responsibilities include:
• Providing daily basketball instruction and coaching to students with varying ability levels
• Demonstrating effective classroom management skills to create a positive and inclusive environment
• Supervising students during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Collaborating with fellow Activity Specialists to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with children, preferably in academic or athletic settings
• Basketball coaching experience (1-5 years minimum) is essential
• Good physical condition, enabling you to execute all responsibilities associated with this position
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and students
• A Bachelor's degree (preferred but not required)

Salary Range
$25-$50 per hour (based on education and experience)
