About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Key Holder to join our team at Comoto Holdings. As a Key Holder, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers, maintaining a strong sense of product knowledge, and assisting with store operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Maintain a strong sense of product knowledge and provide in-depth information to customers and team members
  • Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns and store credit, and special orders
  • Stay up-to-date with company information, sales, and company-wide events

Requirements
  • 1 year+ of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
  • 2 years+ of sales or customer service experience
  • A self-starter mentality and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Experience with computers and POS systems, particularly RetailPro
  • Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (strongly desired, but not required)
