Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional service to patients as an integral member of the clinical care team.
- Assist patients with personal needs and daily living activities, gather data, and maintain a safe and organized environment.
- Support patient care within the designated scope and under the guidance of a clinician.
- Contribute to the unit by performing various patient logistics, clerical tasks, equipment/supply management, and charge reconciliation duties.
Required Qualifications:
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and following instructions in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) for healthcare providers.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with multiple patient care skills is preferred.
- One year of experience in a healthcare-related field, sterile processing, patient transport, or similar responsibilities is desirable.
