About the PHP Web Software Developer Position

SwipeTrack Solutions is seeking a highly skilled PHP developer to join our team. As a full-stack PHP developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing web applications using the LAMP stack.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop web applications for bare-metal servers
  • Evaluate and improve existing applications' designs and user experience
  • Conduct testing of applications and websites in various browsers and devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design and functionality issues

  • Create designs that are easy and intuitive to use

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery
  • 3+ years of experience with PHP programming
  • 2+ years of experience with web application UI/UX design
  • 2+ years of experience with Bootstrap
  • 2+ years of experience with mySQL or other relational databases

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of JSON, AJAX, and SOAP/REST
  • Strong understanding of responsive/mobile design and development
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical coworkers
  • Ability to work with and integrate third-party APIs
  • Self-motivated and able to keep on task with little or no management
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Artistic eye for design and the ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with a team
  • Must be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design
  • Ability to work well with ambiguity or when requirements are still in flux
