Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, conduct regular reviews of clients' insurance programs to ensure adequate coverage, assist clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processing.
  • Sales Support: Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, prepare and present insurance proposals to prospective clients.
  • Risk Assessment: Analyze clients' risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance solutions, stay informed about industry trends and changes in insurance regulations.
  • Policy Administration: Oversee the issuance and delivery of insurance policies and endorsements, ensure accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and transactions.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, handle client complaints and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in commercial lines.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant insurance licenses and certifications (e.g., CIC, CPCU) preferred.
