  • Este puesto es para un Coordinador de Proyectos Senior que apoyará la Oficina de Gestión de Proyectos del Cliente en un proyecto de modernización de legado de alta prioridad y multi-año.
  • Este rol, como parte de la Oficina de Gestión de Portafolios Empresariales (EPMO), colabora estrechamente con los equipos técnicos de servicios de la agencia y con ejecutivos y partes interesadas de la agencia.

Tareas Básicas:

  • Utilizar la herramienta de gestión de portafolios de proyectos del Cliente para preparar cronogramas de proyectos, asignar recursos y gestionar presupuestos.
  • Preparar información para presentaciones dirigidas a diversas audiencias, que van desde ejecutivos hasta miembros del equipo de proyecto.
  • Responsable de monitorear, controlar y comunicar el progreso del proyecto gestionando activamente los costos, cronograma, alcance, recursos, calidad y riesgos.
  • Encargado de mantener comunicaciones claras, oportunas y precisas con las partes interesadas, especialmente con los patrocinadores del proyecto, miembros del equipo de proyecto, gerentes de programa y la dirección de la agencia.
  • Proveer liderazgo y fomentar la participación colaborativa entre los equipos técnicos y de negocio, obteniendo consenso y compromiso.
  • Trabajar con los miembros del equipo de proyecto para desarrollar y mantener los entregables clave de la Metodología de Gestión de Proyectos (PMM) a lo largo del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Gestionar la comunicación relacionada con las interfaces con otras agencias.
  • Asegurar que el proyecto cumpla con la PMM y la Metodología de Ingeniería de Sistemas (SEM), incluyendo transiciones apropiadas y oportunas a través de las etapas del ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Facilitar y hacer cumplir el proceso de Gestión de Cambios según lo acordado con la agencia cuando el proyecto se desvíe del alcance, cronograma o presupuesto aprobados.
  • Crear Planes de Acción Correctiva (CAP) cuando sea necesario para proyectos en estado amarillo o rojo.
  • Comprender los beneficios del proyecto y el impacto de las solicitudes de cambio en los casos de negocio de beneficios, asegurando que los artefactos del proyecto relacionados se actualicen en consecuencia.
  • Revisar y comprender los contratos de proveedores para gestionar activamente los entregables del proveedor y la adherencia al procedimiento de aprobación de entregables del proveedor.
  • Facilitar las interacciones entre las partes interesadas aclarando las expectativas de todos los participantes y asegurando que todos los entregables sean asignados, revisados y completados.
