We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRNA to join our team at Yale New Haven Health. As a CRNA Administrator Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with anesthesiologists and surgeons to ensure patient safety during medical procedures.
About the Role- Clinical Care: The successful candidate will implement accurate, safe, and patient-centered anesthetic care, understanding physiologic implications and anesthetic considerations of surgical procedures.
- Professional Skill: You will understand and apply ASA guidelines, constantly monitoring vital signs, capnography, and pulse oximetry during anesthesia.
- Information Management: The CRNA will ensure appropriate documentation within hospital and regulatory requirements, protecting information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Quality Management: You will demonstrate a high standard of moral and ethical behavior, professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care.
- Professional Development: The successful candidate will continuously engage in projects that maintain and advance professional competency.
The CRNA Administrator Specialist will:
- Provide exceptional patient care in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other physicians to deliver anesthesia for medical and surgical procedures.
- Cultivate a patient-centric environment focusing on whole individual needs.
- Serve as the focal professional for continuity of care within scope of practice standards.
- Participate in emergency calls and provide timely anesthetic and emergency care for patients.
