Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Millwork Installer/Lead Installer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing custom millwork, cabinets, and architectural woodwork in commercial buildings and homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installation
  • Measure and cut materials to precise specifications
  • Finish edges and surfaces to a high standard
  • Install hardware and components according to manufacturer's instructions
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in custom millwork installation
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools for cutting, shaping, and installing wood materials
  • Knowledge of proper finishing techniques and materials
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Valid ID and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
