Job Summary

Events Unlimited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Driver/Installer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and safe transportation of equipment and supplies to various event locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation and Delivery: Safely operate a company vehicle to transport equipment and supplies to event locations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Installation and Setup: Assist with the installation and setup of equipment at event locations, ensuring that all equipment is properly secured and functioning as intended.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, sales representatives, and staff, ensuring that all interactions are professional and courteous.
  • Inventory Management: Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers, and maintain accurate records of all inventory used from warehouse to jobsite and back to warehouse.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and oversee helpers to facilitate efficient loading, delivery, installation, and pickup of equipment.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards, and guidelines, while operating a company vehicle.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records, such as vehicle logs, records of cargo, or billing statements, in accordance with regulations.
Requirements
  • Current Drivers License: Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • DOT Physical Standards: Meet Department of Transportation physical standards with a maximum clearance of 2 years approved.
  • Acceptance by Insurance: Be accepted by insurance for you to be added as a driver.
  • Road Exam: Pass a road exam.
  • Drug Screening: Pass a drug screening.
