Autism Therapist

The South Shore Autism Center LLC is a leading provider of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services for children ages 18 months and older. We are committed to creating a supportive and inclusive environment for our clients and their families.

We are seeking an experienced Autism Therapist to join our team of professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals with autism and related disorders.

• Provide direct ABA services to clients in our clinic setting or in-home settings.
• Implement behavioral instructional programming tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and report any concerns to supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve optimal client outcomes.

To be successful as an Autism Therapist, you will need:

• An Associate's degree in education, psychology, or a related field; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or similar settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• A physical ability to occasionally lift, transport clients or equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

$24-31 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
