Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service.
  • Assist clients both in-store and via phone by identifying their needs and recommending relevant products and services.
  • Establish and nurture productive trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Meet and strive to exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain accurate work order documentation and formulas.
  • Retrieve appropriate products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed.
  • Tint and mix products according to customer specifications when required.
  • Restock shelves and arrange displays to enhance store presentation.
  • Ensure cleanliness of store equipment.
  • Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.
  • Support delivery operations as necessary.
  • Keep assigned areas well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Stay informed about product offerings and engage in discussions regarding available options.
  • Adhere to inventory management protocols.
  • Propose strategies to enhance sales performance.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • Must possess legal authorization to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future.
  • Must be capable, with or without reasonable accommodation, of retrieving materials from shelves and floor stacks and lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, which may include evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Possession of a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Completion of at least a High School diploma or GED.
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
  • Prior experience in selling paint and related products.
  • Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in multiple languages.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in Spanish.
