We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Reset Specialist to join our team at Coca-Cola Beverages Northeast. As a Product Reset Specialist, you will be responsible for performing product resets according to pre-established plan-o-grams, increasing business by strategically growing space in outlet, and supporting the sales team with execution of sales and marketing plans.

• Coordinate and complete resets in assigned stores according to pre-established plan-o-grams
• Ensure brand, package, and promotional goals are reflected in store sets
• Communicate with customers on changes to the store as a result of reset activity
• Sell-in incremental displays, equipment placements, and promotional programs
• Support sales team with trade execution, including placing racks and other incremental equipment, updating and maintaining proper POS elements, and ensuring accounts meet Look of Success (LOS) standards
• Maintain clean and safe work areas at all times
• Adhere to all policies and procedures relating to product age, quality, and safety
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor, including but not limited to new business solicitation

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• 1-3 years of general work experience required
• Previous beverage industry and/or customer service experience preferred
• Experience working with manual or powered pallet jacks preferred
• Must have the ability to repetitively lift, push, and pull 50+ pounds, reach above head height, squat, kneel, bend, and reach
• Must have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
• Must have the ability to push and pull manual and powered material handling equipment (i.e., pallet jack, hand-truck, etc.) containing product loads for a minimum of 100 yards without assistance
• Must have the ability to repetitively grasp and manipulate objects of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
• Must have the ability to read information in small, medium, and large print
• Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
