Job Title: Cardiac Care Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cardiac Care Nurse to join our dynamic team at UPMC Jameson. As a Cardiac Care Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to individuals with cardiac conditions, including congestive heart failure, heart attacks, and cardiac arrhythmias.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized patient care to patients with cardiac conditions
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Participate in unit-based shared governance and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse in the state of Pennsylvania
  • UPMC approved nursing certification in Cardiac Care
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Cardiac Care
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
