Position Overview: Enlace Chicago Community Schools aim to broaden educational access by organizing various classes, events, and resources focused on leadership development, academic assistance, recreation, health, and community involvement. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate student engagement and performance.
  • Design and facilitate engaging activities.
  • Modify instructional techniques to cater to participants' diverse needs.
  • Encourage professional conduct and respectful behavior.
  • Provide mentorship and support to youth.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive environment.
  • Foster respect and positive interactions among participants.
  • Encourage leadership skills and self-esteem.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program management and sports coaching.
  • Excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience working with young individuals.
  • Willingness to report any concerns that arise.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is advantageous.
