Role Overview:

The Growth Operations Team is integral in facilitating on-device communications and automated messaging for Apple’s media offerings, such as Apple TV+, Music, Arcade, News+, Fitness+, App Store, and Apple One.
This position within Growth Operations is responsible for ensuring the overall excellence of our customer-facing solutions across various services. The role involves collaboration with multiple teams to ensure timely and high-quality customer communications. Validation of features and customer messaging will be the primary focus, employing industry-leading practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and Product Management, to work on campaigns and marketing journeys.
- Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts to ensure extensive test coverage across existing functionalities and new features.
- Conduct testing of on-device experiences for users across a variety of mobile platforms.
- Manage multiple initiatives, prioritizing feature and campaign testing alongside documentation and timely delivery of End-to-End testing.
- Respond promptly to production issues, investigating ways to reproduce defects, updating tickets, and ensuring all information is current.
- Design and implement strategies, tools, and solutions for End-to-End testing across mobile, web, and API-based systems.
- Engage in conceptualizing and executing process optimization and quality enhancement initiatives throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or User Acceptance Testing, with a proven track record of independently leading testing efforts across various projects. Experience in validating native mobile applications or on-device communications/messaging for large-scale marketing initiatives is essential.
Experience in End-to-End testing across mobile applications, along with developing test plans, scripts, and coverage matrices for user experiences beyond stated requirements is required.
Proven ability to provide adequate risk-based test coverage across functional, integration, End-to-End, Data, and Regression testing of the systems under evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with testing activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, from inception to delivery. Familiarity with working closely with in-house QA/UAT teams to resolve bugs and actively contribute to operational planning, retrospectives, and release readiness is advantageous.
Ability to develop strategies, tools, and solutions for enhancing test coverage efficiency for End-to-End scenarios is preferred. Hands-on experience with Python, Selenium, and JavaScript (Node.js) for test automation is a plus.
Highly organized, disciplined, and methodical in testing approaches, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a curiosity to improve the UAT/QA process.
Innovative and resourceful, driving meaningful results across the team, with strong attention to detail.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base pay is one component of our total compensation package, determined within a range. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $195,200, depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
