We are Noble House Sol Miami, a renowned hospitality company, seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at our luxurious hotel in Sunny Isles. Our hotel features 222 guestrooms and condos, a popular restaurant, a bar, beach access, and pool service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch service to our discerning guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, and wines to guests
• Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Work collaboratively with the restaurant and bar teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume hotel or restaurant environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
• Knowledge of mixology techniques and ingredients
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
