Job Overview

Stoneham Ford Quick Lane is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair services on vehicles in accordance with dealership and/or Ford standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of vehicle systems, including diagnostics and repairs. They must also possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including flushes and oil changes
  • Inspect and test new vehicles, documenting findings to ensure necessary repairs are made
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an automotive technician or recent completion of automotive tech/trade school
  • Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications a plus
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills
