Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately $120,000 per year, along with additional benefits and perks.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring that each project meets their unique needs and expectations.
- Develop architectural designs and plans for luxury homes, adhering to zoning laws and building codes while staying up-to-date on industry trends and materials.
- Create detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings to effectively communicate the design concept to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies to identify potential challenges and opportunities for each project.
- Oversee projects from concept through completion, coordinating with contractors and consultants to ensure seamless execution.
- Stay current on industry developments, materials, and technologies to maintain expertise and deliver innovative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury residential architecture, with a strong portfolio showcasing previous projects.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
