About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at ABA Centers of Delaware. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality ABA therapy services to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with autism in various settings, including the home, community, and our centers
  • Teach daily living skills and social skills using evidence-based treatments
  • Collect, organize, and summarize data during sessions
  • Collaborate with clinical teams and participate in ongoing training
  • Implement training and therapy sessions designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Requirements
  • High-school diploma or equivalent
  • Availability during after-school hours, weekends, and holidays
  • Consistent, reliable transportation and a driver's license
  • Must maintain a clean background and driving record
  • Ability to attend our 40-hour RBT training course and pass the RBT exam within 45 days of hire
