About the Role
Eide Bailly is seeking a highly skilled Tax Manager to join our team. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals and providing expert tax advice to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of tax professionals to ensure high-quality tax returns and advice are delivered to clients.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to maximize client benefits.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with changing tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and optimal tax planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Active CPA license and 5+ years of experience in public accounting tax work.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex tax situations and provide creative solutions.
- Knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
