Commercial Loan Specialist

A commercial loan assistant plays a vital role in the success of our bank's commercial lending team. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Commercial Loan Assistant.

The successful candidate will work closely with loan officers, customers, and other stakeholders to process loan requests, monitor construction loans, and ensure timely payment processing.

• Loan Processing: Assist loan officers with processing loan requests, including reviewing applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by responding to loan-related inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Document Preparation: Prepare loan documents accurately and efficiently, including preparing loan request-response letters and coordinating loan closings.
• Transaction Processing: Process transactions, such as loan payments, advances, wires, and customer payments, with precision and attention to detail.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have at least 2 years of banking experience dealing with commercial loans. A strong understanding of commercial lending principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are essential.

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
