About the Role: Dallas Center-Grimes Schools seeks a reliable and skilled Substitute School Transportation Professional to join our team. This role involves operating a school bus safely and efficiently, providing a positive experience for students.

Schedule and Pay: $27.63 per hour. The ideal candidate will be available to work on an as-needed basis, with varying schedules depending on student transportation needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
  • Ensure students are properly seated and secured.
  • Monitor student behavior and report any incidents.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License).
  • Able to pass a background check.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds.
  • Good communication skills.
