Primary Care Physician

We are seeking passionate and enthusiastic Primary Care/Functional Medicine Providers to join our team at OnePeak Medical in Oregon.
As a Primary Care/Functional Medicine Provider at OnePeak Medical, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team environment that fosters your caring approach to patient care. Our practice is redefining primary care by offering patients a unique model that integrates traditional care alongside complementary medicine.
You will have the opportunity to train and work alongside our Nationally Renowned CEO, Nisha Jackson, PhD, MS, NP, HHP, who shares your mission to offer every patient compassion and functional treatment options, while also finding balance to care for yourself.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, health screenings, and disease management.
- Work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in functional medicine and primary care, and apply this knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and education programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in functional medicine and primary care.
- Guaranteed salary for the first months with an option to move to a productivity-based model once established.
- Pay range starts at $125,000 for new and recent graduates and up to $200,000 for well-established providers.
- 4 Day work weeks available.
- Monthly bonuses for product and supplement sales.
- Extensive functional medicine training program with Nisha Jackson, PhD for all new providers.
- We honor support New providers start out with 40-minute appointments for 4-8 weeks and will transition into 30-minute appointments.
- In house PMHNP and Fitness & Nutrition Advisor available for referrals and consults.
- Current, unrestricted Oregon state license, or in-process.
- DEA license.
- National Certification.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about prevention-focused primary care.
