- Provide mentorship and guidance to students, helping them to achieve their academic and professional goals.
- Stay current with industry developments and advancements, incorporating this knowledge into your teaching and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum, assessments, and other educational initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of academic policies and procedures.
- Master's degree in nursing or a related field.
- Professional nurse licensure required.
- Minimum of two years of nursing experience working in a clinical setting.
- Prior teaching experience.
- Experientially prepared to teach assigned courses.
- A passion for teaching and openness to teaching a variety of courses.
- Maintain current regulatory and practice credentials, when appropriate, based on assignment.
- Excellent communication skills along with a high level of initiative and prudent judgment.
- A competitive salary range of $51,962.03 to $93,000.
