- Administrative Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including lecture scheduling, supply ordering, and maintenance functions.
- Communication and Teamwork: Develop and maintain effective communication with clinical and administrative staff, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry developments, attending relevant staff and training sessions, and maintaining a working knowledge of Electronic Health Records, CARF policies, and other relevant processes.
- Understanding of Behavioral Health: Possess a solid understanding of behavioral health issues and the mission of Prairie Ridge Integrated Behavioral Healthcare.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work directly with patients and provide accurate reports to clinical staff.
- Physical Demands: Meet the physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, walking, and lifting up to 35 pounds.
