Responsibilities:
  • Conduct field observations and inspections at construction sites, including testing of soils, concrete, and asphalt pavements.
  • Perform pier inspections and logging of test borings.
  • Conduct laboratory testing and report writing.
Requirements:
  • E.I.T. certification.
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Geological or Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited College or University.
  • Valid Driver's License with reliable transportation.
  • No restrictions to being outdoors.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and reading plans.
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with others.
  • Computer literate.
