About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our culinary team as a Dishwasher at Dial Silvercrest Corp. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, allowing our team to focus on providing exceptional service to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain the dish machine, ensuring it is clean and sanitized at all times
  • Soak and clean pots and pans, storing them in a clean and organized manner
  • Clean equipment, appliances, storage areas, and sinks according to schedule
  • Participate in serving food and beverages as needed, providing excellent customer service to our residents
  • Prepare beverages before meals and bus tables during and after meals
  • Vacuum carpet in the dining room after each meal, maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Store food properly to prevent infection control issues
Requirements
  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend the English language
  • Knowledge of basic kitchen appliances and willingness to learn
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move about without sitting down for extended periods
Preferred Qualifications
  • Willingness to learn and help others
  • Enjoyment in working with older adults
  • Some experience in food cleanup or preparation is preferred
