Our facility, designed with families at the forefront, provides exceptional medical services to children across Central Florida and beyond. As a Pediatric RN II, your role will involve delivering personalized nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families, taking into account their distinct needs and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee operational functions of the designated program
  • Formulate and execute program objectives and goals
  • Assess and adjust program aims as necessary
  • Facilitate staff meetings and educational sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for assessment purposes
  • Offer guidance and support to healthcare staff
  • Assist with patient care and clinical responsibilities
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in a BSN program
  • American Heart Association BCLS Certification
  • Valid Florida RN License
  • 1-3 years of experience, preferably in pediatrics
  • Ability to travel to various locations as needed
