Night Baker

We are seeking a skilled Night Baker to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts. As a Night Baker, you will be responsible for managing the production of a wide range of baked goods, including donuts, bagels, and muffins.

• Manage the production of baked goods, ensuring high-quality products and maintaining a well-stocked display case.
• Bake, frost, and fill products in accordance with brand standards.
• Prepare and stock products to be sold in donut cases.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to Dunkin' Donuts quality standards and safety regulations.
• Manage complete product inventory and document daily production and waste.

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand on feet for long periods.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Time management and cleanliness skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
• Some baking experience is preferred.
• Minimum age to apply is 16 years.
• Able to work between 9pm and 5am.
