We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Women's Health team at Memorial Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the well-being of our community.

About the Role

The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to women of all ages, from adolescence to menopause. This includes performing plan of care interventions, administering medications, collecting specimens, and providing clinical treatments. You will also be responsible for documenting patient care, monitoring and recording patient conditions, and communicating with the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including health assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
  • Administer medications, collect specimens, and provide clinical treatments as needed
  • Document patient care, monitor and record patient conditions, and communicate with the care team
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs
  • Work as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients
  • Embody a customer-centric approach, providing exceptional service to patients and families
