GPU Optimization Engineer

We're seeking an Ai Infrastructure Specialist to help run large-scale experiments, manage infrastructure for foundation models and large machine learning models efficiently on GPUs. The ideal candidate will have experience with scalable training-inference pipelines, strong expertise in distributed computation infrastructure of current-generation GPU clusters, and proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement scalable pipelines and optimize models for performance and accuracy- Collaborate with AI scientists and engineers to build and maintain scalable, efficient, and secure infrastructure- Operate large GPU supercomputing clusters both on-premises and in the cloud for training and serving production models- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) best practices and enhance deployment pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field- 3+ years of relevant work experience- Experience with scalable training-inference pipelines, preferably on AWS- Location-wise, strong preference for in-person in San Francisco however remote work is possible for exceptional candidates
