Job Summary:
  • Provide emergency medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly.
  • Assess patients' conditions, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions to stabilize and improve patients' health.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other emergency department staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest emergency medical procedures and technologies.
Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' conditions and develop treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Implement interventions to stabilize and improve patients' health, including administering medications, performing procedures, and providing emotional support.
  • Document patient information, including medical histories, treatment plans, and outcomes, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and to improve patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest emergency medical procedures and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
  • At least 1 year of experience as an RN in an emergency department setting.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency department setting.
