We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Fitness Facility Operations Manager to lead our team at Lights Out Boxing and Fitness in Wesley Chapel, FL.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual to join our team as a Fitness Facility Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, sales growth, and customer satisfaction at our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership
    • Direct the operations of the facility, ensuring seamless delivery of services and amenities to members.
    • Develop and implement plans to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and increase revenue.
    • Manage labor costs, controlling facility expenses to meet budget expectations.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Drive sales initiatives to attract new members and retain existing ones.
    • Analyze market trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote the facility's programs and services.
  • Member Experience
    • Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for members of all fitness levels.
    • Resolve member complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Ensure that all team members deliver exceptional service, exceeding member expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in fitness management, operations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving business results, improving efficiency, and enhancing member experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
