Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a store, including leading teams, managing budgets, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of college or relevant retail experience with supervisory skills. Key responsibilities include:

Leading Teams:
  • Teach, train, and actively listen to associates.
  • Mentor and develop team members to improve their skills and performance.


Managing Budgets:
  • Review and evaluate PL statements to ensure financial performance and sales goals are met.
  • Manage expenses and ensure effective merchandise presentation.


Ensuring Customer Satisfaction:
  • Manage and support customer service initiatives, including resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Develop and implement action plans to mitigate shrink and ensure sales and profit goals are achieved.


Requirements:
  • 2 years of college or relevant retail experience with supervisory skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
  • Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.
