Job Summary:

The Operations Manager will play a critical role in overseeing manufacturing operations and production management teams. This individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless execution of our business goals, maintaining high-quality standards, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety Culture: Foster a zero-injury environment by enforcing safety practices and conducting regular self-inspections and safety huddles.
  • Problem Resolution: Review production reports and lead the resolution of manufacturing issues to ensure timely delivery and high-quality products.
  • Production Management: Utilize a hands-on approach to manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to quality, timeline, and cost standards.
  • Process Development: Establish and maintain production and quality control standards, develop cost controls, and provide data on quantities and delivery dates.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate manufacturing activities with other functions and suppliers to optimize resource utilization, equipment, and facilities.
  • Leadership: Direct reports, providing leadership guidance and training to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Requirements:

Education and Experience:
