Join Our Nursing Team

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant CNA to join our team at Bella Health Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal and nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans
  • Facilitate and conduct activities to promote resident engagement and well-being
  • Monitor and respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner
  • Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents
  • Assist in preparing residents for various activities within and outside the center
  • Perform basic nursing care procedures for residents as required
  • Create a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents and ensure their needs are met
  • Ensure that resident's food service needs are met in a timely and compassionate manner
  • Maintain resident documentation records for activities of daily living, restorative programs, and resident-specific forms
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program
