Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and ohmmeters.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance-related inquiries promptly.
  • Document all maintenance activities and report on equipment status regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance roles.
  • Previous supervisory experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership capabilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with customers.
  • A background in customer service is beneficial for interacting with clients regarding maintenance needs.
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with a schedule of 20 hours per week, including evening shifts. The ideal candidate will be available to be on call and respond to maintenance requests on nights and weekends.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of maintenance experience.
  • Knowledge of heating and air conditioning units, plumbing systems, and electrical systems.
  • Advanced understanding of maintenance equipment, procedures, and techniques.
