Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up new accounts, assisting loan applicants, and opening various account types. You will also have the opportunity to float to other branches as needed, providing a broad perspective of our organization.

Requirements:
To excel in this position, you should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of experience in a banking or credit union environment, and a strong understanding of Credit Union products and services. Effective communication skills, both with members and internal stakeholders, are essential.

Work Schedule and Benefits:
You will work a 40-hour full-time schedule that includes extended hours on Thursday and Friday, and a half-day every other Saturday. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Cigna medical benefits, dental benefits, vision benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match and profit-sharing potential, flexible health and dependent care plans, and life, AD&D, and LTD insurance.
