We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Specialist to join our team at LHH Recruitment Solutions. This role is a key player in our sales team, responsible for optimizing sales processes, managing domestic logistics, and overseeing account territory management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Process Management: Streamline the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in operations.

  • Domestic Logistics: Manage and coordinate domestic logistics to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.

  • Account Territory Management: Oversee account territory assignments and ensure effective management of customer accounts within designated regions.

  • Reporting and Analysis: Create and analyze sales reports to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Manage and support customer interactions, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.

  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, sales forecasting, and process improvements to enhance productivity.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including marketing and finance, to align sales activities with organizational objectives.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics.

  • Training and Development: Support the onboarding and training of new sales team members, providing guidance on best practices and processes.

  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving sales processes and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in sales operations or a related field.

  • Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and Office365.

Benefits:

Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
