About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Architect to join our team at Abb Holdings Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to design and develop cutting-edge software solutions for our industrial automation products.

Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for leading the development of embedded systems and ensuring their seamless integration with our existing infrastructure. Your expertise in C/C++ programming languages and experience with MQTT, Sparkplug B, and similar protocols will be invaluable assets to our team.

You will work closely with our R&D teams to deliver high-quality products on time, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Your ability to train junior team members and lead complex technology assignments will also be essential in driving the success of our projects.

To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Electrical/Electronics and Communication Engineering, along with 8+ years of experience in embedded systems architecture and design.

The estimated salary for this position is between $117,215 and $158,500 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive plan/annual bonus.
