RPM Living is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Leasing Associate to join our team. As a Leasing Associate, you will be responsible for showing and leasing apartments to prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to inquiries from residents and prospects to schedule tours and show apartments
  • Qualify prospects, assist with applications, and process deposits
  • Keep updated availability reports, process applications, and follow up with applicants
  • Show apartments, close sales, and prepare for move-ins
  • Promote resident satisfaction and retention through prompt responses to complaints and requests
  • Utilize marketing strategies to drive traffic and achieve property objectives
  • Project a favorable image of the community and focus on securing resident retention
  • Complete necessary paperwork and attend meetings as required
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office and Property Management Software proficiency
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 20 pounds
