Responsibilities of a Patient Care Technician:
Assist residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, transportation, and the use of adaptive equipment
Recognize and communicate changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor
Adhere to and operate within established departmental, center, and corporate policies and procedures, objectives, quality improvement initiatives, and safety, environmental, and infection control standards
Qualifications for Patient Care Technicians:
A dedicated Patient Care Technician who is committed to providing care for our residents
A team-oriented individual who values collaboration and understands the significance of teamwork
A professional who interacts respectfully with others and remains composed under pressure
Valid Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Certification
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
