- Familiarity with MicroStation and structural analysis/design software
- Master's degree in civil engineering with a focus on structural design
- Knowledge of AASHTO Bridge Design Specifications
- Experience in planning and designing bridges
- Understanding of MoDOT EPG, including design and planning preferences
