Job Title: Radiation Therapist

At Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited, we are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the safe delivery of radiation oncology treatments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Treatment Delivery: Safely administer radiation therapy treatments to patients according to prescribed plans.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain medical equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Record Keeping: Accurately document patient treatment regimens and maintain up-to-date records.
  • Communication: Collaborate with clinical oncologists and physicians to develop and discuss treatment plans with patients.
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in departmental performance improvement activities to enhance patient care and treatment outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Certifications: Radiation oncology certificate and associate degree in radiation therapy technology, ARRT certification in radiation therapy (RT(T)), and CA licensure.
  • Skills: Basic life support certification and ability to maintain accurate records.
